About this course
Your business creates an impact. That impact is bigger than you think and is not limited to the impact your product has on your customer. Raw material extraction, manufacturing, transportation, utilization by customers and recycling or disposal during the waste phase all generate impact. In the future, this will become of increasing importance and will, in turn, have an impact on society as a whole. In this module, we will elaborate on the global processes that are in play, the effect your business has or might have and the opportunities you have to mitigate this impact.
